The industrial vacuum cleaners of the EMULSIO line have been developed for the industrial mechanics sector where the specific need consists in the suction of liquids mixed with chips and in the reuse of emulsified liquids generated during the processing of milling machines, lathes and CNC machining centres.
The vacuum cleaners of the EMULSIO line have a high suction capacity of chips and liquids, a double chip separator, a level float, a tangential inlet with integrated cyclone, a 3D filter to reduce oil mists and the manual discharge. In the full optional configuration, EMULSIO 100 is equipped with a filling nozzle for automatic discharge and a practical ergonomic storage compartment to facilitate cleaning operations.
Thanks to the innovations of the EMULSIO line, the maintenance of machine tools will take place by drastically reducing time and costs compared to traditional methods.

The OIL MIST LINE was created as a result of the constant focus on clean air, health and healthiness in the workplace.
It is a line of vacuum cleaners dedicated to the extraction of oil mists for machine tools. Specifically designed to handle difficult applications combined with a considerable amount of oil mist consisting of small particles. Such conditions are typical of high-speed spindle rotational machining and high coolant pressure.
After diligent research and studies, the OIL MIST line proves to be the ideal solution for heavy-duty applications with significant amounts of pollution to be eliminated with a simple and effective solution management system.

Designed for the suction and purification of air from oily mists and fumes, the OIL MIST 600 model is ideal for connecting to machines for the processing of small components. This model is intended for use with work stations, lathes and machine tools with an internal volume > 1 m3 and with lathing machines with oil injectors < 20 mm. The main cartridge filter, made of glass microfibre together with the microfibre prefilter inside a metal cell, guarantees filtration with an efficiency of 99%. -

Designed for the suction and purification of air from oily mists and fumes, the OIL MIST 1000 model is ideal for connection to small and medium-sized processing machines. The main cartridge filter, made of glass microfibre together with the microfibre prefilter inside a metal cell, guarantees filtration with an efficiency of 99%. -

The main glass microfibre cartridge filter, together with the microfibre pre-filter inside a metal cell, guarantees filtration with an efficiency of 99%. -
