the FLAT TABLE line’s aerial arm is a structure designed to facilitate the connection between the vacuum cleaner and the CNC machinery, improving suction hose management. Thanks to this solution, air flow remains constant and optimized, avoiding kinks or bottlenecks in the hoses that could reduce suction capacity. In addition, the overhead arm keeps the work area neater and safer, eliminating the risk of clutter on the floor and providing greater freedom of movement for operators.
2CYCLONIC PRE-FILTER
The cyclonic pre-filter is a system that improves suction efficiency by separating heavier chips before they reach the main filter. This mechanism extends filter life, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and improving operational continuity. The use of a cyclonic pre-filter enables more than 90% of the sucked material to be captured before it reaches the main filter, thus preventing clogging and greatly extending its life.
3INTELLIGENT CLEANING
The set-pulse filter cleaning system with clogging sensor ensures optimal efficiency over time, reducing the need for manual maintenance. Automatic filter cleaning system uses counterflow discharges of compressed air to remove dust and particles accumulated on cartridge filters. The clogging sensor detects the level of clogging and automatically calculates the number of setpulses needed. This mechanism prevents filter clogging and ensures suction is always efficient.
