In industrial settings, the cleaning of industrial vacuum cleaner filters plays a crucial role in the efficiency and durability of these devices. Filters are the beating heart of any vacuum cleaner system, responsible for capturing and retaining harmful particles in the working environment. Keeping filters clean also helps preserve the health of operators and protect the surrounding environment.

iVision offers a range of filter cleaning systems designed to maximize the efficiency and durability of industrial vacuum cleaners, ensuring:

iVision Vacuum offers two types of configuration:

  • PREMIUM CONFIGURATION
  • STANDARD CONFIGURATION

PREMIUM CONFIGURATION

COUNTERCURRENT AIR CLEANING-MANUAL OPERATION

Counter-current air pulse cleaning is the cleaning system installed on all iVision Vacuum cleaners in premium configuration.

The filter cleaning system with counter-current air pulses is the most effective method of obtaining excellent cleaning of the main aspirator filter, especially when the aspirator material has a dusty, thin and dry composition.

This cleaning system comes up with replacing the fabric filter with a highly efficient class M cartridge filter connected to a tank containing compressed air. To protect the cartridge there is an overflow which also facilitates the entry and correct dust cycloning.

When cleaning is activated (manual or automatic), the compressed air contained in the tank is conveyed and ejected from the inside of the cartridge to its outside, causing any dust particles and shavings embedded in it to fall inside the aspirator’s container. This highly effective cleaning method extends the life of the filter far more than any other cleaning system, greatly reducing the maintenance to be performed on the vacuum cleaner.

The counter-current air cleaning system provided as standard on the premium configuration involves MANUAL operation, i.e., it can be activated by the operator, preferably with the machine off, using the selector.

OPTIONAL PREMIUM CONFIGURATION

COUNTER-CURRENT CLEANING-AUTOMATIC DRIVE

The cleaning operation system is the same as described above, but it is activated automatically every time the vacuum cleaner is turned off or in a timed manner. STANDARD CONFIGURATION

VIBRATION CLEANING

Vibration cleaning is the cleaning system installed on all iVision vacuum cleaners in standard configuration, i.e., where a truncated cone fabric filter is provided. The operator connects compressed air to the vacuum cleaner through a specific coupling, and, thanks to pulses of air, the vibration system is automatically activated. The vibration has repercussions on the filter fabric until it is cleaned of the coarsest impurities.

OPTIONAL STANDARD CONFIGURATION

When vibration cleaning is not enough, it is possible to choose different cleaning systems:

1. MANUAL SHAKING CLEANING

The internal filter tensioning structure is connected to an external manual lever. Manually shaking this lever generates a vigorous movement of the fabric filter until it is cleaned of impurities.

2. CLEANING WITH PNEUMATIC PISTON

Cleaning with a pneumatic piston is characterized by a piston inside the filter tensioning structure. The compressed air that moves the system generates a repeated vertical movement of the piston, which vertically compresses the fabric filter, causing the trapped material to fall out. The shaking that is generated is powerful enough to succeed in cleaning the filter of even coarse dust, granules, and debris.

Types of starting cleaning with pneumatic piston:

2A) MANUAL OPERATION: the cleaning system is activated by the operator via an ON/OFF selector.

2B) AUTOMATIC OPERATION: the cleaning system activates automatically at the end of using the vacuum cleaner.
