The SHOES 320 litres vacuum cleaner is an excellent system used in the shoemaking world for the industrial extraction of grinding, carding or brushing machines. Vacuum cleaners in the SHOES line basically cover all of the chip extraction needs on machine tools in the shoe production world and from leather and fabric processing, combining the attention and care of design with simple and sturdy materials. The use of a cyclonic pre-filter captures more than 90% of the suctioned material before it reaches the main filter, thus preventing it from clogging and considerably extending its life. -

Sulla parte anteriore, l’aspiratore è dotato di uno schermo che comunica all’operatore, in maniera semplice e veloce, lo stato di vita del filtro. L’operatore può tenere sotto controllo il livello di deterioramento del filtro e valutare in tempo reale l’effettiva efficacia dell’aspiratore, fino a 10 metri di distanza. Con un semplice tocco è possibile attivare la pulizia stessa del filtro (manualmente o in modalità automatica) e gestire l’accensione remota dell’aspiratore tramite la macchina utensile. Quando il filtro dell’aspiratore sarà completamente chiuso dal materiale aspirato, il touch screen avvertirà l’operatore della necessità di cambiare il filtro attraverso un segnale visivo. Il sistema è dotato di una micro-scheda interna che registra e controlla l'utilizzo dell'intero impianto. Grazie a questa tecnologia iVision è in grado di offrire una garanzia sui suoi prodotti della durata di cinque anni. -
