Visiting and consulting the Site does not generally involve the collection and processing of the user’s personal data except for navigation data and cookies as specified below. In addition to the so-called “navigation data”, personal data voluntarily provided by the user may be processed when the user interacts with the functionalities of the Site or requests to use the services offered on the Site in compliance with the Privacy Code. Specifically, the data collected may concern:

Sending applications through the “Work with us” section. The Company offers the User the opportunity to fill in a special contact form in the “Work with us” section of the site and to upload their CV (and relative photograph) directly on the Site in order to send their spontaneous application to work for the Company. For this purpose, the Company will acquire and use the information provided by the User by completing the aforementioned format (such as, by way of example and not limited to, name, surname, e-mail address, date of birth) and the spontaneous sending of the CV, for the exclusive purpose of selecting and managing applications. The Company may also process so-called data “details” – the latter indicated in art. 9 of the Regulations – only if strictly necessary according to the law for the purposes of selection and evaluation of the candidacy (eg belonging to protected categories). The legal basis of the processing is represented by the execution of pre-contractual measures aimed at the stipulation of a possible employment contract with the Company and any refusal to provide personal data makes it impossible for the Company to take charge and examine the application.

Navigation data

In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller ensures from now on that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission.
